1. Services
RuttsLuaus provides Hawaiian catering and luau show entertainment services for private events, corporate functions, and celebrations throughout Los Angeles, South Bay, and Orange County. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by RuttsLuaus.
2. Booking & Deposits
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit as specified in your event contract. Submitting an inquiry form on this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. We will contact you to finalize details and confirm availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your event contract. We strongly recommend event insurance for large bookings.
4. Event Requirements
The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue, adequate space for food service and performance, access to electricity and water as needed, and any required permits. RuttsLuaus reserves the right to decline service if venue conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
5. Liability
RuttsLuaus is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue conditions, or third-party actions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
6. Food Safety
RuttsLuaus follows all applicable food safety regulations. Clients with dietary restrictions or allergies must notify us at least 72 hours before the event. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photos, text, and branding — is the property of RuttsLuaus and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photos taken at events may be used by RuttsLuaus for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
